Welcome to Bridgend Campsite, a small, peaceful, 15-pitch campsite on the west coast of Arran, run by the two of us. We focus on providing a genuinely inclusive, relaxed environment for those who love exploring and appreciate a quiet, respectful space to unwind at the end of the day.


We are located in the heart of the newly designated Arran UNESCO Global Geopark, only 2 miles away from the legendary King's Caves, the mystical Machrie Moor Standing Stones, and the world-renowned Shiskine Golf Club in Blackwaterfoot.From the jagged granite peaks of the north to the ancient monoliths of the west, you are staying in a landscape 600 million years in the making.


Your days can be as active or as peaceful as you choose. Spend an afternoon teeing off at one of Arran’s seven unique golf courses, hitting the trails at the Dyemill mountain bike park, or wandering down to the Kings Caves. Between adventures, immerse yourself in 'Arran’s Food Journey'—a true taste of the island, from local farm produce and artisan cheeses to a quiet dram at our two world-class distilleries.
