What’s on the Shelves


  • Arran Milk : We are passionate about keeping the island's heritage alive. We proudly stock fresh milk from the very last working dairy farm on Arran. Help us keep them viable - grab a beautiful souvenir glass bottle from us to refill during your stay, or just bring your own container down to the shop. Every pint counts!

  • Arran Produce: Alongside the milk, we’ve hand-picked our absolute favorites from across the island, including island-made local cheeses, ice cream, chutneys and jams.

  • The "Oops, Forgot It" Corner: If something got left behind on the mainland, don't panic. We have toiletries, dog essentials and easy food cupboard staples like pasta, soup, and noodles.

  • The Sweet & Snack Selection: Perfect for packing into your hillwalking rucksack or enjoying around the evening camp. We have a good selection of sweets, chocolate bars, crisps, giant cookies, and flapjacks. We also keep a stock of marshmallows for roasting, alongside a great selection of Scotland's finest: Tunnock's biscuits and teacakes.

  • Campsite Comforts & Outdoor Gear: We stock handy essentials like maps, tent repair items, camping chairs, folding steps, toilet chemicals, insulating seat mats, midgie repellent for your outdoor stops, daysacks for the hills, and microfibre towels. We also have disposable BBQs for an easy dinner back at basecamp.

  • Kev's Gadget Corner: Left your charging cable in the kitchen at home? Kev’s got you sorted. We stock a selection of handy tech and hardware spares, including reliable torches, ear buds, USB leads, Euro plugs, and gas regulators/adapters to keep you connected and powered up.

  • Bridgend Bookshelf: Looking for a good fiction read or something to unwind with in the evenings? We have a campsite book swap shelf. Feel free to borrow a book for your stay, swap one you’ve finished, or leave a read behind for the next traveller.

  • Calor Gas & Campingaz Exchanges: No need to cut your island tour short if your levels are running low. We offer bottle exchanges for the following sizes:

    • Butane: 4.5kg & 7kg

    • Propane: 3.9kg & 6kg

    • Campingaz: 904 & 907 cylinders
