We genuinely enjoy welcoming people to Bridgend and will always help where we can.

Most guests respect our time, and we really appreciate that consideration.

Unfortunately, some guests have recently been arriving earlier and earlier.

Check-in opens at 1:30pm, and the time between departures and arrivals is our only opportunity to prepare the site and have our lunch.

If you have a genuine need to arrive earlier, contact us before the day of arrival and we may be able to help out. Any early arrival must be agreed with us in advance.

Unarranged early arrivals will be asked to leave.

If you feel the need to turn up before 1:30pm without arranging it with us first, Bridgend probably isn’t the right campsite for you—and we’d rather be clear about that before you book.

What do I need to do when I arrive at site?
If you have a booking ~ There is no need to check in.
Just open the gate and come on in, please check the notice board on the right hand side of the gate to confirm your pitch allocation. We live on-site and are normally in the reception/shop feel free to pop down and say hello once pitched up.
